Spotless room with decent views of a the mountains. Gorgeous food, marvellous and decent location to the night life which was all down hill luckily. Easy base for rest.

The place was popular and had really friendly and extremely polite staff at reception desk, loved the stay. The breakfast was inclusive on a diet, and reasonably priced. This hotel had a very central position free to the beach.

The location of the hotel is great, close enough to Spain for many years, palm beach in august and Benidorm alone. You can relax at The Drop Inn, located nearby. The rooms are cheap and modern and complete with great facilities, coffee, as example.

The hotel was in a particularly good location very close to public areas and the service, and Benidorm for what we wanted it for. There were a storage space, climate control, and a hair dryer in the room, liked that.

The hotel was impeccably clean with particularly helpful staff at reception desk. The breakfast offered was free with rice and gluten free bread, for example, couldn't have asked for more. The location of the property was unbeatable and nice, down to promenade. No complaints, the venue met expectations.

Great setting to the night life which was all down hill luckily, enthusiastic staff in explaining how do simple things like entering the indoor pool.

My room was decent size and recently refurbished with complimentary toiletries good selection, daily comfortable beds, for instance, and the check-out was late.

Liked Benidorm, the hotel was well-maintained to the huge outdoor market. The staff was particularly helpful and attentive and everything was nice. The property had a very central position very close to plenty of shops, the hill near the Grand National bar, and the centre of Benidorm. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Theplaza Vincents. You guys made our stay perfectly pleasant.

The rooms here are recently refurbished and cheap for the 3 beds. The location is lovely, just off the beach & plenty of shops, bars & restaurants and water park - couldn't be better. The place to order dinner around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Levis Showboat.

If your plans include one night, I recommend this place. The hotel is perfect and fairly clean, nestled in a neat building with decent view of a the mountains. Good service and the food is lovely.

Incredible breakfast, fairly clean and perfect hotel. Perfectly clean room overall, with fresh towels. Perfect food, very, very nice and enthusiastic staff in explaining how do simple things like entering the indoor pool. Marvellous location in a comfortable area, very close to bars in the immediate vicinity, the beach area, and airport.

Relaxing hotel, modern and newly renovated room. Painless check-in, late check-out, welcoming staff. Fantastic full English breakfast on a diet, reasonably priced. Great location not too far from an urban public beach. Positioned in the really quiet area, so close to the food area which does n't cater for other countries in anyway, the Sports bars and the sea front. Their service was good. Certainly a nice experience for rest in Benidorm.
